As an Order Filler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, utilizing our inventory management system.

Operating a PC workstation to manage inventory items efficiently and accurately.
Utilizing our warehouse inventory management system on a PC to process customer orders and access relevant information.
Picking and processing customer orders with precision and care.
Restocking inventory levels in both bulk and local stock locations to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Returning items to the main stock that are received from the returns and assembly team.
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders throughout the day.
Orders are released in batches every 20 minutes.
Picking or invoicing 300-500 orders daily using the PC workstation.
Observing warehouse processes with an eye toward process improvement and effectively communicating suggestions to the department supervisor.
Processing larger size reseller orders in compliance with specific guidelines set forth by the reseller.
Maintaining a safe, neat, and clean warehouse environment at all times.
Adhering to all safety guidelines to promote a secure working environment.
Collaborating on special projects as assigned by leadership.
What You Bring with You? Demonstrated ability to perform pick/pack work and possess basic inventory skills.
Proven track record of processing orders accurately and consistently on a daily basis.
Compensation Structure for the Position The compensation package for this role includes a competitive base salary.
In addition, we provide an annual bonus structure for this role that is based on your individual performance and the company's achievement of its goals.
