o Provide direct nursing care to the residentso Supervise and coordinate the activities performed by the Nursing Assistants to ensure a high degree of quality care is maintainedo Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residentso Keep physician and/or other health care professionals informed of change in resident conditionso Supervise Nursing Assistants, may supervise other nurseso Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service educationRequired skills and
Qualifications:
o Graduate of an accredited LPN programo LPN license in Illinoiso Recent clinical experience, education, and specialty skills specific to geriatricso Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as neededo Must enjoy working with the senior populationThe Village at Victory Lakes is a proud part of Franciscan Ministries.
