Duties include:
Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, appliances and electronics as required Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order Retrieving prior authorizations and referrals for patients.
Preparing payroll Knowledge and experience with eCW a plus.
Medical office experience is preferred, must have positive, team-player attitude and maintain a professional composure at all times Job Type:
